1. About ArivuAI
ArivuAI is a digital learning and assessment platform designed to help students study, practise, complete assessments, review results, and monitor learning progress.
2. Eligibility and Student Use
You must provide information that is accurate and complete when creating an account and must use the Services only for lawful purposes.
Where a user is a minor, use of the Services must be consistent with applicable law and any required authorization or supervision by a parent, lawful guardian, school, or other responsible adult.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
We may require verification of an email address, mobile number, or other information before providing access to certain features.
4. Assessments and Educational Content
The Services may include assessments, questions, explanations, study materials, scores, results, recommendations, and other educational content.
Assessment results and learning information are intended to support educational activities. They are not a guarantee of examination results, academic admission, employment, or any other outcome.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;

6. Intellectual Property
The ArivuAI name, branding, software, interface, design, content, assessment materials, text, graphics, and other components of the Services are owned by or licensed to ArivuAI and may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services.
7. User-Provided Content
If you submit information, answers, feedback, or other content through the Services, you remain responsible for that content. You grant ArivuAI the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and use such content to provide and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Communications
ArivuAI may send service-related communications, including account verification messages, OTP or authentication messages, password-reset notifications, assessment notifications, results, and other operational notices.
Marketing communications, if introduced in the future, will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and available user choices.
9. Paid Features and Payments
Some features may be offered as paid services. If you purchase a paid feature, the applicable price, billing terms, duration, and any refund or cancellation conditions presented at the time of purchase will apply.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply to payment processing.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies, and ArivuAI is not responsible for the independent operation or content of third-party services.
